Crunchy Chocolate Monsters

Ingredients:

  • 400g milk chocolate, melted
  • 3 packets Chang’s Fried Noodles
  • 1 packet M&M’s
  • Writing Icing Pens in red and orange to decorate
  • Icing sugar to dust

Method:

  1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Combine melted chocolate and noodles; mix until well combined. Form 2 heaped tablespoons of mixture into a mound onto prepared tray, repeat with remaining mixture.
  3. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Use the writing icing pens to stick 3 M&M’s in a row on each mound, forming a row of eyes.
  5. Draw a squiggly line underneath the eyes as a mouth.
  6. Dust lightly with icing sugar if desired.
