Double Decker Chocolate Crackles

Ingredients:

Milk Chocolate Crackles

  • 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 200g white marshmallows
  • 3 cups Chang’s Crunchy Noodles
  • 1 cup Rice Bubbles
  • ¼ cup Dollar Sweets Magic Jurassic Bitz

White Chocolate Crackles

  • 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 200g white marshmallows
  • 3 cups Chang’s Crunchy Noodles
  • 1 cup Rice Bubbles

Method:

  1. Heat milk chocolate, butter and marshmallow in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Combine melted milk chocolate in a large bowl with noodles, rice bubbles and Dollar Sweets.
  3. Spoon mixture into a greased and lined 16 by 26cm slice pan, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon. Set this mixture aside.
  4. Repeat the above steps with white chocolate.
  5. Spoon white chocolate mixture over the milk chocolate layer, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Remove crackle from pan, and cut into 12 pieces.
