Salmon avocado and fried noodle salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Changs Original Fried Noodles
- 2 salmon fillets, skin and bones removed
- 50g baby spinach leaves
- 75g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Changs Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing
- 1 cup snow pea sprouts, to serve
