White Chocolate Birds Nests

White Chocolate Birds Nests

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 200g blocks of white chocolate, melted
  • 3 packets Chang’s Original Fried Noodles
  • 2/3 cup Hundreds and Thousands
  • 10 paper texas muffin cases
  • 30 assorted mini Easter eggs
  • Icing sugar to dust

Method:

  1. Combine chocolate, noodles and Hundreds and Thousands in a medium bowl. Divide mixture amongst paper cases.
  2. Using a teaspoon, press into the centre of the mixture to make a deep indent.
  3. Place cases in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until firm. Remove the nests from the paper cases.
  4. Place three Easter eggs into each nest, and dust lightly with icing sugar.
