Lamb and Cucumber Soup

225g lamb steak 1tblspn Changs light soy sauce 1 tblspn Chinese rice wine 1/2 tsp Changs sesame oil piece of cucumber 3 cups stock 1 tblspn rice vinegar salt ground white pepper Thinly slice the lamb into small pieces.Put in shallow dish and add Changs light soy sauce rice wine and Changs sesame oil set aside to marinade for 25-30 mins. Halve the cucumber piece lengthways (do not peel) then cut it into thin slices diagonally. Bring the stocok to a boil in a wok add the lamb and stir to separate. Return to the boil then add cucumber slices vinegar and seasoning bring to the boil and serve.
