Rice Noodles with Barbecue Pork
Ingredients:
2 pkts Chang’s Gluten Free Noodles 200g
3 tablespoons neutral oil
2 spring onions or 1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed or sliced
1 medium piece BBQ pork (char siu), thinly sliced
1 small can baby corn or one packet fresh
1 small can bamboo shoots, drained
1-2 bok choy, leaves separated and washed
2 tablespoons Chang’s light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Chang’s oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon Chang’s sesame oil
Heat the oil in a large wok and add the garlic, spring onions and pork and cook for 30 seconds. Add the noodles and cook for 30 secs, then add the soy, oyster sauce, sugar and salt and stir for one minute. Sprinkle over sesame oil, stir through and serve.
Serves 4 with leftovers.
