Chicken and Macadamias with Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
500grams of Chicken (Thinly sliced without skin or bone)
500grams of Unsalted Macadamias (Cook till golden brown and put aside in a seperate bowl)
100grams of Bok Choy
100grams of Celery (Chopped up)
100grams of Water Chestnuts sliced
100grams of Carrots (Cut into sticks)
100grams of Bean Shoots
1/2 cup Changs Oyster Sauce
2 packets of Changs Fried Noodles
1/2 Cup Peanut Oil (The peanut oil adds a nice peanut taste to this recipe)
Method:
1. Heat Oil in wok till bubbles start to form at top.
2. Add Chicken and cook till a golden brown colour starts to form then remove chicken from wok and put aside on a plate.
3. Add Macadamia Nuts and cook till they are golden brown colour then remove from wok.
4. Add cut up Vegetables to wok and cook till they are crisp and hot then slowly add in the Chicken and Macadamias and stir with the vegetables.
5. Add the 1/2 cup of Oyster sauce to mixture and stir through sauce till everything is combined and heated through.
6. To prepare this dish, place the fried noodles on a large plate and pour the Chicken and Macadamia Nuts stirfry on top of the noodles and serve.
