Fruit Crunch

Try this recipe for Christmas instead of White Christmas. Also a nice alternative to dark chocolate. Great for kids parties.

1 pkt Chang’s Original Fried Noodles (100g)
300g White Milk Chocolate
60g Copha
1 cup dried Apricots, chopped
½ cup toasted Almond Flakes
½ cup desiccated Coconut
¼ cup Glazed Cherries, chopped (optional)

Microwave chocolate and copha in a microwave safe bowl for about 30 seconds on high setting. If not melted, microwave again in 5 second intervals. Stir in the other ingredients and mix well. Spoon the mixture into individual patty pans. Refrigerate till set. Heaped teaspoons will yield 30-40 pieces.

White Chocolate Melts also taste great with this recipe
