Beef, broccolini and cashew stir fry



  • 1 pack Changs Long Life Noodles
  • 400g beef strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bunches broccolini, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup Changs Oyster Sauce


  1. Heat a little oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add beef strips and stir fry in batches until browned and nearly cooked through. Remove from the heat.
  2. Whilst the beef is cooking soften the Changs Long Life Noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add onion and broccolini to the wok along with a little extra oil and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the beef strips to the wok with the noodles and cashews. Toss through the Changs Oyster Sauce until fully coated and serve.
