Rocky Road Style Slice With Fried Noodle



  • 150g packet large marshmallows
  • 40g dry roasted peanuts
  • 50g Changs Gluten Free Fried noodles
  • 350g good quality milk chocolate, chopped
  • 20g Glacé Cherries


  1. Line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. Prepare all the ingredients, cutting glacé cherries and large marshmallows with scissors. Then place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high power for 30 sec. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted. Cool for a few mins, pour over the marshmallow mix and stir until combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into the pan and set aside for 2 hr or until chocolate is set – if it is extremely hot, chill in the refrigerator until set. Cut into pieces to serve.
