Cook Chang’s Long Life Noodles according to packet instructions, rinse under cold water and drain. Place into large serving bowl and coat the noodles with ½ a cup of Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing. Toss to combine and set aside.
Add all the salad ingredients to the noodles, including the cabbage, carrot, green onions and mint.
Drizzle over the salad, Chang’s Sesame Oil, lime juice and the remaining Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and toss gently to combine. Serve.
