A simple, tasty, healthy recipe using our Rice Vermicelli Noodles and Hoisin, Soy, and Sesame oil sauces. Beautiful and really speaks to the season!
Serves: Makes 20
Garlic Lamb with Shitake and Sesame: swap out the lamb for beef or chicken if desired
Line the base and sides of an 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. Prepare all the ingredients, cutting glacé cherries and large marshmallows with scissors. Then place all the ingredients in a bowl.
Thai prawns tossed into Chang’s Super Low Cal Noodles, mixed with bean sprout and ginger, with Changs fish sauce to serve.
Marinate Salmon with Changs Soy Sauce and Changs Hoisin Sauce and fry with honey. Mix with cucumber, capsicum, green beans and ribbon noodles
Spicy curry noodle soup with chicken and sweet potato - Boil sliced chicken, chilli, coconut milk and Changs fish sauce together, slowly adding sweet potato, peas and onion and edamame beans
Add the noodles, cabbage, carrot, green shallot, mint and coriander to the chicken and gently toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine. Add the sesame seeds to taste
Melt white chocolate, milk and butter over a low heat and pour over a baking tray covered in Changs Gluten Free Fried Noodles. Leave to chill until set. Enjoy!
