Chang’s Chopped Salad

You can choose from a wide range of ingredients for this dish. Just consider  creating a range of different colours and textures

Ingredients:

  • Iceberg
  • Avocado
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Corn
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Green capsicum
  • Red capsicum
  • Yellow capsicum
  • Radishes
  • Hard boiled egg/quails egg
  • Green beans
  • Button mushrooms

Dressing:

  • Chang’s Original Crunchy Noodles
  • Chang’s Asian Dressing

Method

  1. Simply cut (chop) each ingredient into approximately the same size then place in a salad bowl and gently toss with Chang’s Asian Dressing and Chang’s Original Crunchy Noodles.
  2. For a gluten free alternative, simply remove the Chang’s Original Crunchy Noodles.
