Char Siu Beef Skewers

Ingredients:
1kg beef, sirloin steak or scotch fillet cubed
3 garlic gloves, minced
3 tbs
Chang's Hoisin Sauce
3 tbs
Chang's Soy Sauce
1 tbs
Chang's Original Oyster Sauce
1 tbs
Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
2 tbs Honey
Cooking oil
Optional accompanying Salad:
Slices of cucumber
Carrot sticks
Bean sprouts
Red and green onions
Shredded Cabbage
Chang's Original Fried Noodles
Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Method:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and add beef. Marinade overnight or a minimum of 8 hours.
Thread beef through skewers.
Brush oil onto grill or barbeque and over high heat cook 2-3 minutes per side (over 3 sides).
Serve immediately. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve with salad.
