Chinese Master Stock Tofu and Asian Greens

Preparation time:30 minutes


  • 1 x 500ml Chang’s Chinese Master Stock
  • 500ml cold water
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, thickly sliced
  • 1 bunch choy sum, thickly sliced
  • 140g snow peas, trimmed
  • 600g silken tofu, cut into 12 cubes
  • 1 small red chilli, finely sliced
  • 1 small green chilli, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup red peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Chang’s Sesame Oil


  1. Combine Chang’s Chinese Master Stock and water in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil over high heat and add bok choy, choy sum, peas and tofu.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer for four-to-five minutes or until vegetables are just cooked through.
  4. Divide greens and tofu between four deep serving bowls and ladle over some of the hot stock.
  5. Serve topped with chilli, peanuts and drizzled with the sesame oil.
