Dragon Fruit Salad with Prawns

Method:

  1. Prepare prawns, onion and lettuce and place into large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl combine the dressing ingredients, whisk well and pour over salad.
  3. Top with dragon fruit, choice of Chang’s Crispy Fried Noodles and mint. Serve immediately.
