Easter Nest Surprise

Serves:4-6
Difficulty:Simple

Ingredients:

  • 400g milk chocolate, melted
  • 3 pkt Chang’s fried noodles
  • ¾ cup hundreds and thousands
  • 200g Nestle top’n’fill caramel filling
  • 16 muffin cases
  • 48 mini candy-coated Easter eggs

Method:

  1. Combine in a wide bowl the melted chocolate and noodles until well coated then pour over the hundreds and thousands and stir to evenly distribute.
  2. Place muffin cases into muffin tins and evenly divide noodle mixture. Press with a spoon the noodle mixture around the case edges, leaving an indent to pour the caramel once nest has set.
  3. Place into fridge for 30 minutes and allow nest to set.
  4. Remove from paper cases and add a heaped teaspoon of caramel into each nest and top with 3 easter eggs.
  5. Serve immediately or place back into the fridge until needed.
