Ingredients:
2 Individual servings of Chang's Long Life Noodles
2 tsp Chang’s Sesame Oil
1 ½ tbs Chang’s Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Chinese fried onions
½ -1 tsp dried chilli flakes
Method:
Soak noodles for 10 minutes in a bowl filled with boiling water. Place a plate over the bowl to keep steam in.
Drain noodles reserving a little water.
Pour over sauce sesame oil, fried onions and chilli flakes. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
