Ingredients:
- 2 Individual servings of Chang's Long Life Noodles
- 2 tsp Chang’s Sesame Oil
- 1 ½ tbs Chang’s Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbs Chinese fried onions
- ½ -1 tsp dried chilli flakes
Method:
- Soak noodles for 10 minutes in a bowl filled with boiling water. Place a plate over the bowl to keep steam in.
- Drain noodles reserving a little water.
- Pour over sauce sesame oil, fried onions and chilli flakes. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
