Fish, broccolini and cashew stir fry



  • 1 pack Changs Long Life Noodles
  • 500g white fish fillets, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ½ red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 2 bunches broccolini, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup Changs Oyster Sauce


  1. Heat a little oil in a large wok or non stick frying pan over high heat. Add fish and stir fry in batches until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove from the heat.
  2. Whilst the fish is cooking soften the Changs Long Life Noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add onion, red capsicum and broccolini to the wok along with a little extra oil and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return the fish to the wok with the noodles and cashews. Toss through the Changs Oyster Sauce until fully coated and serve.
