Funtastic Marshmallow Easter Egg Bars

Ingredients:

  • 120g butter, chopped
  • 200g white marshmallows
  • 2 packets Chang’s Fried Noodles
  • 2 cups Froot Loops cereal
  • 32 small chocolate Easter eggs to decorate

Method:

  1. Place butter and marshmallows into a medium saucepan. Cook, stirring over medium heat, until mixture is melted and smooth.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl. Add noodles and cereal, stir well to combine.
  3. Spoon into a 25 by 30cm slab pan, lined with baking paper. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then while still warm press Easter Eggs into the top of the mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Cut into 16 bars.
