- Preheat the oven 130C fan forced.
- Place pork in lined baking tray and pour over choice of wine, Chang's Hoisin Sauce, Chang's Soy Sauce Dark, cooking oil and crushed garlic. Combine well.
- Add pumpkin to tray. Season pork and pumpkin with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Place in oven. Check after an hour and turn baking tray around to evenly brown.
- Sprinkle sliced green onions and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
Optional to serve with steamed rice.
