Hokkien Noodles with Pork and Snake Beans

Preparation time:20 minutes


  • 2 tbsp. neutral oil
  • 200g pork mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
  • 3 spring onions, white and pale green parts only, sliced
  • 1 bunch Snake beans, cut into 3-4 cm lengths or 12 – 15 green beans, halved
  • 400g Chang’s Hokkien Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Chang’s Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chang’s Light Soy Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, stirring until fragrant.Add the spring onions and pork mince, ensuring to stir thoroughly to break up the mince and brown it.
  2. Finally, add the snake beans and cook for one minute, adding the sauces and the noodles and stirring to heat the noodles and coat all the ingredients.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
