Noodle Omelette

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Place Chang’s Long Life Noodles in pot of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Alternatively use leftover noodles that are already cooked.
  2. Place in a frying pan half the oil, half the onion and half the mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add half the noodles, Chang’s Original Hot Chilli Sauce, season and combine well, then add half the cheese and half of the whisked eggs. Place lid on pan and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes. Once surface is thickened, fold omelette in half and using the back of the spatula press down. Cook for a further minute.
  4. Slide omelette onto plate and repeat with other half of ingredients.
  5. Garnish with fresh salad of choice such as sprouts, baby tomatoes, coriander leaves, chilli slices and an added drizzle of Chang’s Original Hot Chilli Sauce
