Noodle Salad with Edamame Beans

Method:

  1. Prepare Chang’s Long Life Noodles according to packet instructions. Set aside to cool down. Boil the edamame beans for 10 minutes, drain and set aside to cool down.
  2. In a bowl combine Chang’s Salad Dressing and Sesame Oil. Whisk until well combined and set aside.
  3. Add noodles to a large mixing bowl and pour over the dressing. Combine until evenly coated.
  4. Assemble salad. Combine noodles, beans, lettuce, carrot, onions, chilli, sesame seeds and coriander. Sprinkle Chang’s Fried Noodles and toss again until well combined.
  5. Serve.
