Noodle Stir Fry with Chinese Sausage



  • 1 packet Chang's Long Life Noodles
  • 2 tbs Chang’s Sesame Oil
  • 4 Chinese sausages cut into thin slices
  • 4 baby bok choy, leaves separated
  • 1 large carrot cut into matchsticks
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 4 tbs Chang’s Oyster Sauce (for sweeter option use hoisin)
  • 2 tbs Chang’s Soy Sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon


  1. Soak noodles in boiling water until needed. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok and add onion with Chinese sausage and sauté stirring continuously for 3 minutes.
  3. Add carrot and bok choy and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain noodles and add to wok. Pour over noodles soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss to combine well.
  5. Take off heat, garnish with green onions and lemon juice and serve. Can be eaten hot or cold.
