Ingredients:
- 1 packet Chang's Long Life Noodles
- 2 tbs Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- 4 Chinese sausages cut into thin slices
- 4 baby bok choy, leaves separated
- 1 large carrot cut into matchsticks
- 1 large onion sliced
- 4 tbs Chang's Original Oyster Sauce (for sweeter option use hoisin)
- 2 tbs Chang's Soy Sauce
- 2 green onions sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method:
- Soak noodles in boiling water until needed. Set aside.
- Heat oil in wok and add onion with Chinese sausage and sauté stirring continuously for 3 minutes.
- Add carrot and bok choy and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain noodles and add to wok. Pour over noodles soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss to combine well.
- Take off heat, garnish with green onions and lemon juice and serve. Can be eaten hot or cold.
