Pour into a large bowl the popcorn, coconut flakes and Chang’s Fried Noodles of choice. Mix to combine and evenly distribute.
Place chocolate in microwave bowl and heat, mixing in 30 second intervals, or melt on stovetop in a heat proof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Once melted, pour over popcorn crunch mix and stir to combine and evenly coat.
Pour the popcorn crunch mixture into the prepared tin, spread in an even layer and pack it down firmly with the back of a spatula. Place into the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Remove and slice into desired size pieces.
