Pork and noodle san choy bau cups



  • 1 pack Changs Original Fried Noodles
  • 1kg pork mince
  • 100g green beans, trimmed and shredded diagonally
  • 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • ¾ cup Changs Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, to serve
  • 8-10 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed, to serve


  1. Heat a little oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add pork and stir fry until browned and nearly cooked through.
  2. Add the beans and green onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes then stir through the Changs Hoisin Sauce. Toss until the pork mixture is fully coated and cooked through then remove from the heat.
  3. Serve the pork mix in iceberg lettuce cup garnished with sesame seeds. Drizzle over a little extra Changs Hoisin Sauce if desired.
