Add potatoes in a large pot filled with water. Bring to boil and cook (approx. 15 minutes) until you can pierce it in the centre with a toothpick or knife. Drain and allow to cool. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Prepare the bacon, eggs and green onions.
Whisk together the Chilli Salad Dressing.
Pour dressing over potatoes and combine until evenly coated. Spread over serving bowl.
Top with pan fried bacon, boiled eggs, green onions and Chang’s Fried Noodles.
