Salted Caramel Bliss Balls with Crunchy Noodles

Makes:20 bite size

  1. Place Chang’s Fried Noodles into a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped and resembles bread crumbs. Remove and set aside.
  2. Roughly chop the dates and add them to the same food processor along with the maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until broken down.
  3. Scrape the sides of the food processor bowl and then add the Fried Noodles and coconut. Continue to blend until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls and roll in extra coconut. Store in the fridge for when required.

Can also be eaten immediately as does not need chilling time to set.
