Summer Tomato and Crispy Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

  • 500g mixed, different types and coloured tomatoes, cut in different sizes and shapes
  • 2 spring onions, white and pale green parts only, sliced
  • ½ cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 pack Chang’s Original Crispy Noodles
  • ½ cup Chang’s Asian Salad Dressing
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix the Chang’s Asian Salad Dressing and oil in a salad bowl then add the tomatoes, spring onions, and coriander, stirring well to coat. Just before serving stir through the Chang’s Original Fried Noodles.
