Sweet and Salty Eton Mess

Method:

  1. Prepare all your ingredients, set out your serving glasses and then whip the cream.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Once whipped, gently fold in half of the crushed meringue kisses.
  3. Now to assemble. Firstly add the blueberries and strawberries, secondly, dollop some of the cream, thirdly add some crushed meringue kisses and finally top it off with a sprinkle of Chang’s Fried Noodles. Repeat the process and finish it with a garnish of mint leaves.

Perfecting the look
