Add Chang’s Soy Sauce, Chang’s Original Hot Chilli sauce, water and peanut butter to a nutribullet or blender and process until combined. Using half of the sauce, coat the chicken and allow marinating in the fridge for 10 minutes. Place remaining sauce in little sauce plates for each person.
Prepare all the vegetables. It may be easier to use a mandolin to slice. Set aside.
Prepare Chang’s Gluten Free Wok Ready Noodles by rinsing them under cold water to detangle them and drain. Place in a wok or deep pan with 1 tsp Chang’s sesame oil and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add Chang’s Hoisin sauce and further cook for 1 minute. Take off heat and set aside.
Pour Chang’s Sesame Oil into the same wok and heat. Add the chicken strips and cook each side for 1-2 minutes or until begins to brown. Remove from pan and sprinkle some sesame seeds over chicken for added crunch and flavour!
Assemble Warming Asian Abundance Bowl. First place rocket into serving bowls and top with noodles, cabbage, chicken, capsicum, coriander and place sauce plate on the side. Optional to offer extra soy sauce.
