White chocolate noodle crunch

Ingredients:

  • 100g Changs Gluten Free Fried noodles
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 40g cranberries

Method:

  1. Coat a baking sheet with the noodles, spreading out evenly to the edges.
  2. Meanwhile, add the white chocolate chips, milk, and butter to a small saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until completely melted.
  3. Pour the entire mixture over the tray of noodles, adding the cranberries.
  4. Let sit for about an hour at room temperature.
  5. Enjoy!
