Thai Chicken Drumsticks



  • 1/4 cup Changs light soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 12 chicken drumsticks, skin on
  • 2x 100g packets Changs Original Fried Noodles
  • 3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 carrots, coarsely grated


  1. Combine soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Place chicken in a large glass bowl and pour over the sauce mixture, tossing well to combine.
  3. Place chicken on a baking rack inside a baking tray and bake in a 200 degree Celsius oven, basting and turning the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
  4. Serve chicken with combined fried noodles, cabbage,  onions and carrot.
  5. Garnish with toasted slivered almonds, coriander and sesame seeds if desired.
