Chang’s is proudly a third-generation Australian owned family business, with father and daughter team Patrick and Elaine Pow heading the Sydney-based company and involved in every aspect of the business day-to-day.

Over the past 50 years, Chang’s has become an Australian household name – with special thanks, of course, going to the famous Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad. This all-time classic remains a staple at summer BBQs, meals and parties around the country. Many people have created their own take on this dish of course, but we reckon the original is still the best!

We were also one of the first grocery manufacturers to offer gluten-free alternatives, and today, all Chang’s sauces are free of gluten plus we have a tamari range for those with more serious wheat allergies.
