The Best 2 minute Noodle Meal Ever

Serves:3-4
Difficulty:Easy Peasy

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt Chang’s Traditional Super Lo-Cal Noodles
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1cm x 1cm fresh ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Chang’s Sesame oil

Sauce:

  • 2 tsp Chang’s Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Chang’s Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp rice vinegar

Garnish:

  • fresh green onion, finely sliced
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • chilli flakes

Method:

  1. Rinse and drain noodles according to packet instructions. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
  2. Add to a pan the sesame oil, ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add to the pan the noodles and sauce. Over high heat combine for 1 minute.
  4. Turn off heat. Pour into bowl and garnish with green onions, coriander and chilli flakes.
