Chang’s new Super Lo-Cal Wok-Ready Noodles are 100% fat-free, low-GI and gluten-free.
They are made from the soluble fibre of the konjac root which has been used in Asian cooking for many centuries. Ideal to add to a soup, stir-fry or even pasta.
