Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. neutral oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 small carrot, peeled and finely chopped
- 500g pork mince
- ½ cup Chang’s Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Chang’s Light Soy Sauce
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- 2 packets Chang’s Long Life Noodles (or Chang’s Egg Noodle, Chang’s Gluten Free Wok Ready Noodle, Chang’s Super Lo Cal Noodle)
